Eric Kelley beautifully captured the essence and beauty of this stunning Wyoming wedding weekend celebration planned by Todd Events. Candle Light Films filmed this multi-day celebration starting with a girl's hike through the lush nature that Wyoming has to offer before heading to a plated rehearsal dinner. Loved ones gathered over a meal to toast to the beginning of a truly special celebration for Meghan and Michael. From there guests moved to their wedding location for a continue rehearsal celebration at Snow King Mountain and Snow King Mountain Observatory. They gathered in a glass house from Sandone Productions complete with twinkling star lights and a mountainscape backdrop as they created custom Western hats from Boot Barn and enjoyed each other's company over drinks. They watched the sun set behind the mountains as they laughed under the glowing stars.
Day two started with a bang as guests made their way back to Snow King Mountain for Meghan and Michael's very own music festival celebration, Mussfest! Guests enjoyed custom merch and refreshments as they listened to different bands throughout the day, dancing and singing their way into the night. From themed drinks to an inflatable bull, this was a Western wedding festival guests won't soon forget.
The morning of the wedding, there was an intimate brunch gathering with a garden theme for guests to ease into the day. A higlight was Michael being gifted an autographed guitar. From there the bride and groom parted ways to get ready for their outdoor ceremony. Michael had a barber come in to give a fresh haircut and shave as he got ready with his groomsmen. The ladies toasted as they did their hair and makeup together prior to getting Meghan fitted in her gown. Guests were gathered outside with a ceremony spot beautifully backframed by the Wyoming mountains. The bridesmaids wore baby blue dresses while the groomsmen complimented their looks with blue suits. Meghan made her way down the grassy aisle to Michael as they shared vows in front of loved ones.
The tented reception was the perfect nod to their Wyoming location with blue backlit mountains lining the walls of the space, illuminated by See-Hear Productions. Avant Garden provided impressive tree structures and lush floral arrangements for the reception space, filling every corner with greenery and blooms. Party Dallas Rentals provided the perfect pieces to bring this reception to life. The tablescape featured stunning place cards and menus from TPD Design House and linens from BBJ La Tavola. The reception started with first dances and moved into a plated dinner and cake cutting. As the sun set, the tent was illuminated by the glow of lamps, candles, and those blue mountains designed by Todd Events, bringing the Wyoming mountians inside for guests to enjoy. Guests made their way to the dance floor to up the energy as the night went on, finally ending with a glowing after party at Teton, complete with a disco horse. This weekend celebration was jam-packed with all of Meghan and Michael's favorite people, music, and activities to round out a perfectly Wyoming wedding celebration.
